The property is a romantic dreamscape, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens, tranquil lakes, a majestic old fig tree and the timeless charm of an original Queenslander homestead. With multiple picturesque locations to choose from, your picnic can be styled lakeside, beneath the grand fig tree, or perfectly positioned to capture golden hour as the sun sets behind the mountains.

While your picnic can be enjoyed at any time of day, the most requested experience is a magical sunset picnic, where the mountains glow, the light softens and candles, lanterns and tealights are fully lit to create an intimate, unforgettable atmosphere.  For peace of mind, a wet-weather backup location is available.

For those wishing to extend the romance, beautifully appointed onsite cottage accommodation is available — transforming your picnic into a truly memorable romantic getaway.
