Tucked away on Bald Knob Road and now available for midweek proposals (Monday–Thursday), the Burgess Cottage Proposal Picnic offers an intimate, elevated setting with breathtaking views across the Glasshouse Mountains — the perfect place to ask your special human to spend forever with you.
This all-inclusive proposal experience includes everything from our Boujee Romance Proposal Picnic, thoughtfully styled to create a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere. Enjoy deluxe sweet and savoury grazing for two, French Champagne and chilled San Pellegrino sparkling mineral water on ice — perfectly paired with soft candlelight and romantic details.
Your proposal picnic is set up and styled at the exclusive Burgess Cottage, ready for you to arrive and surprise your partner. For those wanting to extend the romance, there is the option to transform your proposal into a truly unforgettable getaway by booking the newly renovated luxury cottage directly online for a minimum two-night stay. (Weekend proposals require accommodation to be booked.)
As an added gift, your love story will also be captured on camera phone, including a one-minute highlight video, so you can relive the magic and share your “she said yes” moment with loved ones — at no additional cost.
From your very first enquiry through to the moment she says yes, we provide calm, experienced support — guiding you through the planning process and acting as your personal coordinator on the day, so you can be fully present in the moment.
